# 9. In-Viewing Settings

In this section we explain settings within virtual viewings, including joining a call for both agents and guests, how the in-viewing features work and how to end a call.

Virtual viewings can be accessed through all internet browsers except Internet Explorer. IE is no longer supported by Microsoft and cannot be used to access the AgentView platform.
