To add a property on the portal, click on the Add New Property green button. It will open a separate screen where you can enter the property details. The mandatory fields are the property title, property type and the Matterport url.
A. Add Property Title
Adding a property title allows you to decide exactly how the property description should appear to guests within the property description pane in virtual viewings. Below this section in Figure 5 we provide an example of how the title appears during a virtual viewing so you can decide on a title that works best for you.
B. Add Reference
Add a reference which is typically the same reference used in your property database. The reference will not be seen in virtual viewings and is for internal reference only.
C. Select Property Type
Select the property type such as purchase or rental. The property type will appear in the property description pane within virtual viewings. Selecting the property type ‘other’ means that no price or property type is displayed should this be a requirement.
D. Add Property Price
For both the purchase and the rental of a property, the price will appear in the property description pane within viewings.
E. Add Property Listing Link
Add a link to the external property listing page. This will appear in the property description pane within viewings.
F. Add a Feature Photo
A property feature photo will be visible to a guest when entering a virtual viewing.
G. Matterport URL
The Matterport URL for this property is required to facilitate a virtual viewing within the space.
H. Self-Guided Viewing Notification
The creator of the property in AgentView is automatically added to notifications when visitors undertake self-guided viewings on this property. If other agents are to be notified, add them here. Self-guided viewings are covered in depth in section 9.
Once the property is populated and the green Create Property button clicked, a Success box will appear. From here you can schedule in a virtual viewing immediately. For full instructions on setting up viewings go straight to section 6.
Figure 5 is an example of how the property looks within an agent-guided virtual viewing which is covered fully in Section 8. It displays the logo, title, external property link, and price format, mirroring how it was populated in the AgentView portal.
