8. Recordings
Valid Only For Professional Package
If there is a requirement to record all agent-guided viewings this can be enabled by the AgentView support team. This will allow for the recording of all communication within agent-guided viewings including:
- Video Conferencing Recording
- Audio Content
- Chat messaging history

The tick box reflecting this setting is located at the bottom of Your Account Details on the portal’s main menu.
