# 8. Recordings

**If there is a requirement to record all agent-guided viewings this can be enabled by the AgentView support team. This will allow for the recording of all communication within agent-guided viewings including:**&#x20;

* Video Conferencing Recording
* Audio Content
* Chat messaging history

The tick box reflecting this setting is located at the bottom of **Your Account Details** on the portal’s main menu.
