# 4.3. Subscription Plan

Under the **Subscription** tab customers can manage their organisation’s subscription plan. If they have taken out a paid subscription and want to either upgrade or downgrade your package, admin users can do this by editing their subscription.

If the customer is on a free trial subscription, they will see a different menu with an option at the top of the menu inviting them to upgrade to a paid subscription.
