7.4 Reassigning Viewings

Admin users can reassign agents for scheduled viewings by selecting All Viewings under the Viewings tab.
Select the pen icon next to the property viewing that needs reassigning to go to the Edit Schedule Viewing screen.
In Edit Scheduled Viewing click on Edit Agent to access the Change Viewing Agent screen.
On the Change Viewing Agent screen, you can now re-assign the scheduled viewing to a new agent.
By default all participants will be notified of the change of agent, with attendees receiving an updated email invite notification. Affected agents will also be notified by email.
