# 7.4 Reassigning Viewings

Admin users can reassign agents for scheduled viewings by selecting **All Viewings** under the **Viewings** tab.

Select the pen icon next to the property viewing that needs reassigning to go to the **Edit Schedule Viewing** screen.

In Edit Scheduled Viewing click on **Edit Agent** to access the **Change Viewing Agent** screen.

On the **Change Viewing Agent** screen, you can now re-assign the scheduled viewing to a new agent.

By default all participants will be notified of the change of agent, with attendees receiving an updated email invite notification. Affected agents will also be notified by email.
