# 4.4 Users Profile

Users can access and edit their **User Profile** by clicking their profile picture in the top right-hand corner of the navigation bar.

It is recommended that they update their **User Profile** upon sign-up to include a profile picture of themselves. The profile photo will be visible to guests in Agent-Accompanied Viewings, and it will appear as blank if a profile image is not uploaded.

Users can also select their preferred language as AgentRelay allows organisations to modify their own system language.

It is further recommended users fill in their preferred contact details as it enables Matterport Virtual Tour visitors to contact the agent during Unaccompanied Viewings. Available channels for agent contact include Phone, Email, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger. Agent contact options within Matterport Virtual Tours are covered in more depth in Section 9.

Contact details will only be visible to virtual tour visitors if the lead agent of a property has ticked the green box to make their profile public.

As well as uploading a profile image and populating contact details, users can also change their passwords under **Change Password**.
